Trainee Labourer | up to £26,200 | Salisbury
As a Labourer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing department, working with an established and successful company in the local area.
This is an entry-level position that offers training and support from experienced colleagues, and excellent development opportunities.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am - 5.15pm
Responsibilities
As a Labourer, you’llbe responsible for:
- Heavy lifting and manual handling of products
- Working to product specifications such as size weight and quantity
- Producingand distributing top quality products
- Measuring, weighing and mixing components
- Working alongside colleagues to achieve daily targets.
Background
As a Labourer, you’ll have:
- Experience using hand and power tools
- A proactive and hands-on approach to all tasks
- The desire to produce only the best quality products
- Preferred experience working within the manufacturing environment (not essential).
