In this role, you will be responsible for managing a case load of up to 40 apprentices. This will include on-site assessments, coordinating the apprenticeship with the employer, college & apprentice, completing progress reviews, liaising with lecturers and conducting portfolio days.
The ideal candidate will be an Engineer who is qualified up to NVQ Level 2 (or above) and has experience in either plumbing, heating, gas or renewables. They will have excellent people & communication skills as well as good time management in order to manage a flexible schedule.
This role would suit a level 2 or above qualified engineer who is looking to make a career change and work for an employer that will invest heavily in their training and has excellent career prospects on offer.
The Role:
- Managing a caseload of 40 apprenticeships
- Carrying out on-site assessments
- Liaising with the apprentice, employer & the college
- Doing progress reviews
The Person:
- Engineer with Plumbing, Heating, Gas or Renewable experience
- NVQ Level 2 Qualified or above
- Excellent time management & communication skills
