Furniture Fitter

My client specialise in is making and manufacturing bespoke furniture pieces. They are looking to recruit various furniture fitters to join their teams. As a general fitter, your main responsibility will be to attend site visits and deliver furniture and fit artwork. This role involves working on a variety of projects, requiring both technical skills and physical stamina to ensure high-quality results.

Candidates must be confident in handling heavy items and using a variety of tools in a safe manner to install them.

As a specialist furniture fitter, you will visit client sites and install fixed seating which has been made in their bespoke wood workshops. This role requires an element of carpentry skills or experience in fitting kitchens or bathrooms.

Both roles require the ability to provide excellent customer service, have a keen eye for detail and work to specifications.

Due to the nature of this position, candidates must have a driving licence but will be given access to a company van for work.

Pay depends on experience and my client will also consider self-employed candidates too.
