As a Student Behaviour Mentor, you will be instrumental in supporting students who face behavioural challenges, helping them stay focused, engaged, and motivated throughout their learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with behavioural challenges, helping them to engage and stay focused in lessons
- Build strong relationships with students, promoting positive behaviour and academic success
- Work closely with teachers and staff to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment
- Encourage students to thrive emotionally and academically
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and motivate students
- Patience, empathy, and a strong ability to build rapport with students
- A passion for working with young people and supporting their emotional and academic growth
- Prior experience in education or working with students is a plus, but not required
