Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the lead in shaping HR strategy and driving business success? Our client is a growing group representing iconic brands is looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director, providing strategic HR leadership while delivering practical, hands-on support across our car/motorcycle dealerships in the South West. This is your chance to make a real impact within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the full employee lifecycle, ensuring exceptional HR service delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Lead on disciplinary and grievance matters, partnering with managers to ensure fair and effective resolutions.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and deliver HR strategies that improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Travel across dealership sites to provide tailored support (company vehicle and business mileage provided).
