We are seeking a HR coordinator to join an established company in Salisbury. This stand-alone HR role would suit an experienced HR advisor who is looking to expand and progress their knowledge and grow with the company. Our ideal HR Manager will have sound working knowledge within a HR advisory function and ideally qualified to CIPD level 5.

This permanent, full-time role is an office based position (Monday-Friday) 40 hours per week with a salary of up to £40,000 per year with company vehicle and mileage.
Also included are 22 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays, day off for your birthday, company pension, life assurance, longevity recognition and further perks and incentives.
Please note you will need a full UK driving license as you will be travelling to sites around the south west.
As a standalone HR Manager, you will have the ability and confidence to work closely with senior management to advise policies, projects, practices and procedures. You will be providing advice and support to employees and managers, enhancing workforce retention and streamlining HR functions. As you evolve within this role, so will your part grow in managing work reviews and change processes.
In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director, providing strategic HR leadership while delivering practical, hands-on support across sites around the South West. This is your chance to make a real impact within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
As HR Manager your responsibilities include:
- Manage and execute the full employee lifecycle, ensuring exceptional HR service delivery.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract and onboard top talent.
- Lead on disciplinary and grievance matters, partnering with managers to ensure fair and effective resolutions.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Build strong relationships across all levels, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and deliver HR strategies that improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Travel across other sites to provide tailored support (company vehicle and business mileage provided).

- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
