Your Role

As my client's HR Manager, you'll work closely with the Managing Director, providing expert HR leadership while delivering hands-on support across the South West. You'll play a key role in shaping workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting managers in all areas of HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring outstanding HR service delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Handle payroll operations efficiently.
  • Lead on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with legislation.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Travel to dealership sites to provide tailored HR support (company vehicle & mileage included).

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
