Are you looking for a rewarding role where your administrative skills can shine? We're seeking a Recruitment and HR Administrator to support our dynamic team of consultants and our diverse portfolio of clients.

As the Recruitment and HR Administrator, you will be a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing HR and administrative support. Salary is up to £24000 depending on experience and your working hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30 with the opportunity to work on a hybrid arrangement after a successful probationary period. Key Responsibilities in your new Recruitment and HR Administrator role include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate consultant.
  • Greet candidates, manage registration documentation and verify identification.
  • Maintain and update our database with candidate, client, and vacancy activity.
  • Prepare and place job adverts on various platforms, including social media.
  • Resource candidates for temporary and permanent roles using our database and online tools, assessing suitability and availability.
  • Assist with pre-employment checks, referencing, and timesheet management.
  • Support consultants with preparing CVs and correspondence for clients.
  • Manage and update the ‘Breathe HR’ system for clients, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
  • Support with the preparation of employment documentation.
  • Organise and schedule interviews, liaising with consultants
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies
  • and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
