Salisbury - Technical Support Engineer - Salary £28-35k DOE - Manufacturing
My client are leaders in manufacturing and are innovators in the industry. The company are increasingly growing to meet the advancing demands of product development and are looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Main Duties:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers regarding technical issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical problems remotely, such as temperature deviations, alarms, and basic equipment malfunctions
- Provide clear and concise technical guidance to customers over the phone, including step-by-step instructions for resolving issues
- Gather customer information and accurately document all interactions in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians as required
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a Technical Support Engineer type role
- Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment
The salary for the position is upto £28-35k depending on experience.
