About this Role:

We are recruiting for a Cash Management Team Leader based within the Client Accounts Team of our Accounts Department located at our Head Office based in Salisbury. This role is to manage the full treasury processes and controls for multiple properties under management.

Main Duties and Objectives:

  • Daily Cash allocation of funds to specific clients and properties and management of mast virtual accounts for total funds (c£60m).
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes and controls and ensure correct and timely cash allocations, including clearing of suspense accounts.
  • Manage Client Direct Debit processes and controls and ensure correct and timely cash collection and direct debit admin/banking controls.
  • Manage Payments and Refunds as requested and the relevant system inputs.
  • Review and maintain system data quality checks, ensuring accounting system is robust and controls in place to allocate correctly, timely and accurately
  • Manage relationship with external banking providers, ensure regulatory charges and requirements are maintained.
  • Manage corporate loan processes and controls.
  • Manage team of 4 accounts administrators.
  • Close off lost business financial payments.
  • Dealing and solving both internal and external queries by e-mail and telephone.
  • Regularly learn and update new skills through training.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Essential Skills:

  • Previously Treasury department experiences
  • Experience of high-volume data management, transactions and controls therein
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A confident and assured telephone manner
  • Highly analytical
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • An effective team leader and wider team player
  • Motivated and target driven.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Capable of working under pressure during busy periods.

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant service charge experience
  • Experience of using QUBE system
