Commercial Property Solicitor,  Salisbury

This is a superb opportunity for a Commercial Property who has trained and gained experience at a city or regional firm ideally, where you are used to handling and servicing high-net-worth clients.

You will be at NQ-5 years PQE and looking for a challenge within a Top 200 law firm.

You should be motivated by giving a very personal service to all of your clients and you should be keen to build up your own presence, building long standing client relationships and increasing your profile through business development, networking and marketing. The client base is local, regional and national and includes many household names.

The firm have a very good reputation for Commercial Property work and you will not be disappointed by the level of work available.

Knowledge and experience of landlord and tenant, freehold sale and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, pension property work and general commercial property work is essential to this role.

Candidates should be commercially focused and pragmatic in their approach. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
