Position: Residential Conveyancer (Remote Working Available) Location: Southwest Role: Full time – Hybrid or Remote Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 A well-regarded law firm with offices across the Southwest of England is currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer due to continued growth in the firm. Known for its client-focused approach, the firm emphasises delivering tailored solutions and maintaining strong local connections while also supporting nationwide clients. This is a brand-new role to cope with the increasing amount of work generated from happy clients and referrers. What? The work is good quality conveyancing work – from happy clients and a variety of referrers. Referrers recommend the firm to their clients predominantly because of the quality of their work. The team consists of 30 members, with support from a specialist on-boarding and post-completion teams. The firm will also be hiring a new paralegal, so an interest in helping with their training is essential; there is a structured and successful fast-track training program in place for conveyancing paralegals. You With a dedicated paralegal and the support of both the specialist on-boarding and post completion teams, the firm would be looking for the successful candidate to be happy taking on an average of 25 new files per month. An experienced (senior) paralegal, licenced conveyancer or experienced legal executive is preferred. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience (FILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent). 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player. 
  • Excellent organisation, time management, IT proficiency, and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to multitask and adapt confidently under pressure. 
  • Outstanding client care, communication skills, and proven billing history. 
  • Drive and capability to contribute to the property department's growth.
