Join this consultant support team as a Team Administrator to provide essential administrative and organisational support. This role is office-based and will involve working closely with the consultant management team to ensure smooth communication, document handling and overall operational efficiency.

Your working hours as the Team Administrator will be 37.5 hours per week, fully office-based with a salary of up to £26000 depending on your experience. There is flexibility with start and finish times. For example 8.15am - 4.45pm / 9am - 5pm and benefits include company pension, on-site free car parking and an annual bonus linked to business performance.

As the Team Administrator, your role will be to:

  • Handle correspondence and regular communications on behalf of the consultant management team.
  • Provide administrative and organisational support for training events and materials.
  • Maintain information documents and other resources.
  • Type, compile and prepare documentation and correspondence.
  • Collate and disseminate data for senior management.
  • Manage company information and documentation across various platforms, including the company website, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and shared office management systems.

The role requires a flexible and self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task, as the demands of the role will vary. We'd really like you to have the following experience and key skills:

  • Good working knowledge of and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • A highly organised approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Creative writing skills to prepare professional and clear documents.
