Agricultural Service Engineer required. Our client is an agriculture equipment supplier with over 40 years of experience in the industry. They are now looking for Service Engineers in the South West due to the growth of the business. Areas include Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire.
Successful candidates will service and repair agricultural equipment on site and in the workshop.
Agricultural Service Engineer Position Overview
- Servicing and repairing Agricultural machinery both in the workshop and in the field at customer's sites.
- Diagnose problems accurately and repair faults.
- Assembly and PDI of new machinery.
- Problem solving using manufacturer's computer software and manuals.
- Always observing Health & Safety regulations.
- Maintaining a smart and professional appearance incorporating Company attire.
Agricultural Service Engineer Position Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience working on Agricultural machinery.
- Good working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Fendt, Valtra or JCB specific knowledge/experience.
Agricultural Service Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary: £15 - £19 + overtime
- Company van + fuel
- PPE equipment, mobile phone and laptop/tablet.
