Mechanical Design Engineer

I am working with a well established company that specialise in the supply of flow meters, level sensors, instrumentation, and control systems throughout the UK. With a view to grow and expand, they are now seeking a confident mechanical design engineer to contribute to the team.
The Role
- Work with the wider team to design, develop and test new and existing product lines
- CAD model creation and update revisions of parts
- Work with supplier quotes for parts and services
- Management of costs against bill of materials
- Attend site visits for client if necessary for projects
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 3+ years in a design role
- Knowledge of Autocad and Solidworks
- Experience collaborating with R&D and Product Development projects
- Ideally have experience in an electromechanical environment
Package
- Circa 45k doe
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
