Meridian Business Support is currently recruitingfor a highly reputable Clinic who is seeking a Staff Nurseto join their fantastic Renal Department. Excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses (whether you're experienced or in training) to join their Salisbury clinic.
As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.
Your Role as a Staff Nurse,will include but not be limited to:
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in early 2024.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
- Monday to Saturday shifts, withno night or Sunday work.
- Starting Salary of up to 33,719, based on dialysis experience with 3,000 sign on bonus payable
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours
