We are seeking a HR professional to support this People Services Team for this three school Trust whilst they recruit for a permanent person.
Working closely with the central team, you will support on ER cases such as grievance, absence management and capability reviews.
Undertake audits of the Single Central Record and review existing policies and procedures in line with compliance of new legislation and changes.
You will be a minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified with a good background of generalist HR experience.
Hours of work 8.00am - 4.00pm with a hybrid working model once this person has established themselves fully in the role.
You will be required to travel between school sites and a car driver is essential.
