Interim NHS People Business Partner Immediately Required

Our client, a well-respected NHS organisation in Salisbury, is looking for a People Business Partner to come on board on a temporary basis for an initial 2–3 month contract with the potential to be extended.

Location: Salisbury (Hybrid Remote)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Length of Contract: 2-3 Months +

Hourly Rate: £31.88 via Umbrella

Day to Day Duties:

  • Ensure that each allocated client area/directorate of the Trust has a sustainable workforce that is optimally deployed in line with the strategic OD&P plan.
  • Provide strategic people related advice and support to the Divisional Management Team of the designated Clinical Division and/or Corporate Area.
  • Enable the delivery of the Trust People Strategy, strategic objectives and national NHS People Plan agenda.
  • Embed excellent people practices within the designated Division, including reporting on workforce KPIs and taking appropriate action to improve KPIs as required.
  • Lead a project area of corporate responsibility, for example Trust incentive lead, trust lead for retention, trust lead for flexible working.
  • Ensure the Division has up to date people plan and monthly people reviews which includes:
  • • Present and future establishment for all roles (rolling 12 months)
  • • Identification of potential roles to be introduced over the next 12 months as a result of new business objectives or technological change
  • • Identification of areas underperforming and detailed action plans in place to resolve
