I am working on behalf of a well-established organisation looking for an Administration Supervisor to join their team. This role involves providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and team, as well as overseeing the management of various admin tasks.

If you have a strong background in varied administrative roles & are looking to work for a business who make a real difference, we are interested to hear from you. Previous supervisory experience isn't required but you must be comfortable taking on those duties. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Manage the referral process, appointment booking etc.
  • Coordinate the activities of Operations administrators and support department coordinators in delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Operate and improve IT systems, databases, and workflows.
  • Generate and present reports on appointments, finances, and forecasting.
