Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Salisbury. This full-time position involves working across both wards and the dispensary, providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting medication reviews and providing clinical advice to healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
  • Managing and supervising the dispensary team.
  • Collaborating with medical and nursing staff to optimize patient care.
  • Participating in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a hospital.
