What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care across hospital wards and dispensary settings. In this role, you will:• Dispense and manage medication for patients• Provide expert advice to healthcare teams and patients• Ensure accurate and safe medication administration• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient treatment plans• Maintain accurate records and adhere to best practice guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:• A current and valid GPhC registration• Hospital pharmacy experience• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role requires availability Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The contract is ongoing, with the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
