- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
- High grade in Maths GCSE (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance roles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, SharePoint, Excel, Email).
- A valid UK driving licence (occasional travel required).
- Six Sigma Green Belt (Desirable).
