What you’ll be doing as Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist?
  • Quality Assurance – Developing and implementing quality control systems, ensuring product consistency and excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Staying up to date with industry laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide adherence.
  • Process & Policy Development – Creating and updating policies, maintaining industry best practices.
  • Auditing & Risk Management – Conducting internal audits, assess risk areas, and recommending improvements.
  • Training & Development – Delivering training sessions, ensuring employees understand and follow compliance standards.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Maintaining accurate records and communicating findings to management.
  • Internal Investigations – Supporting investigations into compliance issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Working closely with senior management and key stakeholders.
We’re looking for a Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist with:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
  • High grade in Maths GCSE (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance roles.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, SharePoint, Excel, Email).
  • A valid UK driving licence (occasional travel required).
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (Desirable).
