Production Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee a production team within a successful manufacturing and installation company who specialise in producing high-quality products. Under a new exciting vision for the company, the successful candidate will supervise a team of 8-10 staff, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 8-10 production staff

• Be actively involved in daily production activities

• Demonstrate good people management and leadership skills

• Understand and work to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Excellent understanding of production processes and KPIs

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to train and mentor others

• Experience in manufacturing windows, doors, or similar products is a plus

Working Hours:

• Full time, Monday to Friday (7am -4pm or 8am - 5pm)
