Your new companyAs an experienced Quantity Surveyor, you will be working for a prominent facilities management provider who works in partnership with the Ministry of Defence. Your new company provides asset and facilities management services, including housing maintenance and support across residential homes, operating across multiple regions, including the Southwest and central UK, managing over 200 sites and 19,000 buildings. Your new roleAn opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team across the Wiltshire region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting cost analysis and financial planning for housing maintenance projects.
  • Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Overseeing procurement processes and managing contracts.
  • Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within a housing maintenance setting.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
