Our client a leading professional company with a modern working environment are currently looking to recruit a receptionist to join their friendly team. This role is integral to the company, involving front-facing client interaction, managing the switchboard, and providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently operating the switchboard, handling calls, and taking accurate messages.
  • Coordinating and managing meeting room bookings and requests.
  • Providing general administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • To be well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A professional demeanor and attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive and positive approach, demonstrating a "can-do" attitude.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • IT skills including MS Office
