The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified and have or working towards their F.I.A Modules. Excellent client-facing skills, and fault-finding experience. Fire Extinguisher experience/qualifications would be desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems and Access Control.
- Experience working on Advanced, C-Tec, and Kentec panels plus similar expertise in Texecom, Paxton, and Videcon/Hikvision would be desirable.
- To provide callout response for the client as per a callout rota.
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way that ensures customer satisfaction.
- Take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
- Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and that all necessary documents and records are maintained accurately.
- Compliance at all times with Company Policy & Health and Safety legislation.
