Responsibilities:
- Support clients with low-to-medium needs on their journey to independence.
- Develop and manage client support plans.
- Ensure client safety and well-being.
- Build strong relationships and provide essential resources.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A valid UK driving license & access to a car with business insurance (for travel roles).
