Job Title: Support Worker

Contract Type: 3 Months+

Hours per Week: 35 hours on a weekly rota basis

Pay: £14 - £16 P/H (Paid weekly VIA Umbrella)

Location: Salisbury

Venn Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join a charitable organization in Salisbury. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the community while working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing referrals and conducting comprehensive assessments.
  • Collaborating with external agencies to provide client support.
  • Identifying and addressing the support needs of service users.
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans.
  • Ensuring the safeguarding and well-being of service users.
  • Providing assistance with daily tasks, including cooking and cleaning.
  • Maintaining health and safety standards within the building.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • An enhanced DBS check.
  • Relevant experience in a similar support role.
