Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers to work with a variety of our clients within the Wiltshire Area.

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. The role involves working with a variety of clients, including those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. Flexible working hours are available to suit your lifestyle, including both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Hours of work: Variety of different shifts Rate of Pay: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:* Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or community settings.* Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and household tasks.* Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.* Monitor and report on client's progress and well-being.* Ensure all care plans and risk assessments are followed and updated as necessary.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

Requirements:* Must have a current DBS check.* Minimum of 6 months experience working as a support worker in the UK.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.* A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
