Therapeutic Supervising Social Worker
salary up to 39,547 per annum + 4,500 car allowance
NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the South West of England in order to help them find a Therapeutic Supervising Social Worker.
They have a Good Ofsted rating and they are therapeutic. They provide ongoing therapeutic training, allowing the Social Worker to work closely with a team of clinicians and to enhance their therapeutic fostering skills.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker in this role will oversee a caseload of about 12 foster families located mostly around the Wiltshire area. The role involves supporting the existing foster families and competing one Form F Assessment per year.
This role is to cover maternity leave until June 2026, however, as they are growing, there is a possibility for this role to become fully permanent after.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree also and a driving license.
