We are seeking an individual to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated. The role involves providing one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs, assisting in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs), and tailoring learning strategies. Additionally, the successful candidate will help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience and support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
