A fantastic SEN school in Salisbury is seeking a dedicated Classroom Mentor to provide 1:1 and group support to students with special educational needs. This is a long-term role starting ASAP and continuing until July 2025.
You will be working with students aged 3 to 18 with a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, behavioural challenges, sensory processing difficulties, physical disabilities, and communication barriers. Your role will involve:
- Providing emotional, academic, and well-being support
- Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
- Collaborating with the SENCo and class teachers to ensure students reach their learning objectives
