Timeplan, a well-established education agency working with schools across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire is currently recruiting for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming school in Salisbury.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong interest in working with young people in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to lead classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to different subjects and age groups
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support students across various subjects in the absence of the class teacher
  • Ensure students are following lesson plans and completing tasks
  • Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning atmosphere
  • Assist students with their learning and provide guidance as needed
  • Report any concerns to the appropriate staff members
