Job Purpose:

Join our clients team as an Electromechanical Service Technician! You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating water and colour instruments, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. You'll handle customer communication, coordinate instrument returns, and provide technical support and training. This hands-on role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team, with opportunities to support off-site calibration days and trade shows.

Reporting to: Sales Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for technical instrument repairs and support.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate instruments (training provided).
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and support.
- Maintain and manage service-related databases.
- Assist the quality department in reviewing product quality issues.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in electromechanical roles, with the ability to use hand tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Organised, efficient, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad when necessary.
- Valid full UK driving license.
