- Competitive Salary: 34,000 - 37,500 base salary
- Bonuses & Overtime: Generous earnings potential beyond your basic salary
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekend Rota: Currently 1 in 3 weekends, but soon transitioning to a 1 in 4 rotation

Your Role as a Vehicle Technician:
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of vehicles. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a passion for the automotive industry are key.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine servicing, inspections, and repairs
- Conducting diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
- Working efficiently to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Collaborating with the wider service team to ensure smooth workshop operations
- Keeping up to date with technical advancements through ongoing training
Who We're Looking For:
- Qualified Technician: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Experience: Previous experience working within a dealership or a high-quality independent garage
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic tools
- Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards
- Team Player: Willingness to work as part of a close-knit team and contribute to the workshop's success
