Vehicle Technician - Established Main Dealer - Salisbury

• Competitive Salary: 34,000 - 37,500 base salary
• Bonuses & Overtime: Generous earnings potential beyond your basic salary
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekend Rota: Currently 1 in 3 weekends, but soon transitioning to a 1 in 4 rotation

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of vehicles. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a passion for the automotive industry are key.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine servicing, inspections, and repairs
• Conducting diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
• Working efficiently to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Collaborating with the wider service team to ensure smooth workshop operations
• Keeping up to date with technical advancements through ongoing training

• Qualified Technician: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Experience: Previous experience working within a dealership or a high-quality independent garage
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic tools
• Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards
• Team Player: Willingness to work as part of a close-knit team and contribute to the workshop's success
