Motor Vehicle Technician - Salisbury Area

Our client, one of the best employers in the motor trade, is looking for a driven, experienced Technician to join their team!

Salary: Basic of £30k to £38k (dependant on experience)
+ Bonuses of between £500 and £2000 per month

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (half hour lunch)
Saturdays: 8.30am - 12.30pm (1 in 3)

The Job:
As a Vehicle Technician, fault finding will be your specialty, detecting and diagnosing faults and establishing work required. To accurately and skillfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles, working with other departments to facilitate the servicing and repairs. To ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines, fulfilling all tasks to the customer's complete satisfaction whilst helping retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency.

About You:
You will hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent workplace experience working in a similar position. The ability to work without direction and able to manage time effectively. A genuine passion for the brand or experience working within a high-end environment.
