Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a reputable dealership in Salisbury. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine servicing and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer standards, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality.
- Completing vehicle health checks and providing detailed reports for customers.
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and training to maintain expertise in new vehicle technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or independent garage.
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve complex mechanical issues.
- Familiarity with Peugeot vehicles is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A full UK driving license is required.
