My client, near Saltash, are seeking an experienced and talented Conferencing & Banqueting Manager to join the F&B Management Team at this renowned resort.

This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary of 29,400 based on a 40 hours week over 5 days, overtime enhanced rates paid on any hours above 45 per week. Plus a share of gratuities and excellent company benefits*

Main responsibilities, but not limited to;

- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in providing an exceptional experience and seamless service to all visitors.

- Actively contribute to a profitable department by aligning with budget expectations, encouraging the team to upsell, and being mindful of margins and controllable costs.

- Collaborate with the Wedding and Events Manager to ensure a smooth transition and seamless journey for our guests from booking to delivery.

- Coach and develop the team to enhance their knowledge, foster growth and development, and ensure compliance while delivering top performance.

- Incorporate Health & Safety and Food Safety as a working culture to maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times.

- Participate in duty management across the entire property when needed, supporting and promoting the benefits of collaboration and agility in the workforce.

- Maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and address the training needs of the team to ensure consistent and well-communicated service at all times.

- Oversee EPOS platforms to ensure compliance and accuracy, monitor sales and void activity, and provide proactive training on EPOS systems to the entire team to ensure diligent transactions and financial security.

Due to the remote location and various shifts required covering own transport is required

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years at supervisor level with food & beverage / Hospitality.
