- Join forces with an experienced fee earner
- Working within this small practice you will quickly become an invaluable member of the team
- Increase your experience with a view to becoming a fee earner in the future if you wish

What will you do?
- Assist the Fee Earner with all conveyancing matters
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, estate agents, other solicitors
- Onboard new clients, open files & complete compliance checks
- Conduct property searches
- Draft post completion paperwork & Land Registry registrations
- The caseload is broad to include sales & purchase files of freehold & leasehold, new build and shared ownership properties
- Advise on help to buy, remortgages and equity release transactions
- Build on your experience every day, taking on more & more responsibility as you progress
What do you need?
- Ideally at least 1 years’ experience as a residential conveyancing paralegal or legal assistant
- Residential Property law experience
- Ideally to be able to hit the ground running
- Candidates with a strong estate agent background are encouraged to apply
