What we are looking for
We are looking for a confident character who believes that they are capable of delivering excellent pre planned lessons to a variety of age groups. You are an aspiring teacher who works with children currently and wants a chance to develop and learn. There is no better way than a cover supervisor to gain this invaluable experience. If you are a resilient and confident individual then this is the role for you.
The role
We are currently working with a range of schools across the Saltash area. Because of this we are looking to build a pool of ECT's who are keen to get some supply work in. We can offer daily supply, but we also work closely with the schools in the hopes of covering any recruitment/longer term staff absences that they may have so if you are looking for something more than just daily supply then we are the education recruitment agency for you
The role will entail you supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are in short-term absence. You need to have good communication skills, be highly flexible and enjoy working with children.
