Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Music and Drama to secondary school students.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that inspires creativity and a love for the arts.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development.
- Uphold high standards of teaching and classroom management.
- Participate in school events, performances, and extracurricular activities related to the arts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in music, Drama, Education, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Music and Drama at the secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the arts and a commitment to student success.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
