• Support Learning: Work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

• Individual and Group Support: Provide extra help to individual students or small groups to boost their progress.

• Positive Environment: Help create a classroom atmosphere that’s inclusive, supportive, and inspiring.

• Plan and Prepare: Assist with the planning and preparation of fun and educational activities.

• Track Progress: Monitor and track student progress and share valuable feedback with the teacher.

• Emotional Support: Support students' social and emotional well-being, helping them feel safe and confident.

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English

• Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for education

• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

• Team Player: Collaborate effectively as part of a supportive team
