About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lower Key Stage 3 SEN Teacher to join our team. This role involves working with students who have special educational needs, providing individualised learning plans to meet their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored educational programs for Year 7, 8 and 9 students with SEN.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with specialist instructors for PE, Art, Outdoor Learning, Phonics, and Music.
  • Manage and support students with behavioural challenges.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SEN students.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience.
