Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Kingston upon Thames, Greater London
Salary: 85 - 100 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and group support to students with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
• Work closely with the class teacher and other professionals to implement tailored learning plans.
• Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
• Support the emotional and social development of students, fostering their independence and self-esteem.
• Adapt resources and teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior and promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all students.

To excel as a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Have experience working with children, ideally in an SEN or education setting.
• Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting the development of children with additional needs.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
