Administration Assistant

Sellick Partnership have been engaged to recruit and Administration Assistant for a market leading Manufacturing & Distribution business. Due to the growth of the business an exciting part-time opportunity has opened up within the administrative team.

Within this role you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and administration team. You will primarily be undertaking administrative and reception duties whilst assisting other members of the team on a wide range of different responsibilities.

Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant

  • Daily management of incoming and outgoing post
  • General office duties
  • Reconciling company credit card and bank statements
  • Assisting Purchase Ledger and Credit Control when there are absences
  • Supporting other members of the administration team as and when necessary

Required skills of the Administration Assistant

  • Ability to work co-operatively with others to complete tasks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relations with others
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude to learn new skills and have a flexible outlook.
