Salary: £25k basic, £30k with commission

For more than 30 years, our family-run client has been the leading authority within their market niche - delivering specialist products and services within the construction industry. They've delivered more than 6,000 projects across the UK - designing, manufacturing and installing handrails and balustrades.

They're now looking for Junior Sales Execs to help expand their book of business nationally even further, as they enter an existing new phase of growth!

Role:

  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the business's offering in order to have meaningful and intentional conversations with prospects and existing clients, to win more business
  • As well as working through warm leads and your own book of business, self-generate leads by approaching prospects via email, the phone and through social channels
  • Map out client accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders within them
  • Work closely with the wider business development and marketing teams in order to capitalise on inbound interest
  • Upskill yourself on technical points relating to building codes, regulations and industry practices in order to best advise prospects and clients on what solutions meet their needs

Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level (but not necessary)
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
