PRESS BRAKE OPERATORS REQUIRED IN CHESHIRE!!!

Do you have Press Brake experience and are you seeking a new permanent job role within the Cheshire area?! If so get in touch with me today as we are recruiting several Press Brake Operators on a permanent contract.

The salary will depend on the hours/shift pattern you choose to work, but this business also offers a £2,000 signing bonus (staggered payment) and regular overtime opportunities paid at T1/3 after 39 hours, and T1/2 after 48 hours.

We are looking for Press Brake Operators who have experience with either AMADA, TRUMPF, Bystronic or Edward Pearson machines and we have several opportunities on the following shift pattern:

  • Day shifts Monday to Friday (39 hours per week)
  • Permanent morning shifts Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
  • Permanent afternoon shifts Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
  • Permanent night shifts Sunday to Thursday (40 hours per week)

Everyone will initially start on day shifts whilst training, but you will have the opportunity to move onto shifts once you've passed a probation period.

What You Will Do:

  • Set up and operate press machines with precision.
  • Execute bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
  • Produce parts for assembly operations, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Interpret technical drawings to meet specification requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks on produced work to maintain the highest standards.
  • Work across various shifts, adapting to the company's dynamic production schedules.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role within the engineering sector.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
