Customer Service Administrator

Calling all experienced customer service advisors looking for a new challenging role and the oppertunity for progression! Are you working in a Customer Service role that feels a little stale? Are you in need of a role which offers great opportunists and the chance to help vulnerable people who rely on your fantastic customer service and administration skills?

Based in Crewe, we are looking for a positive, empathetic and organised candidate to join a like minded team of advisors in a fast paced and busy office, you'll receive full training, opportunities to move up within the company and lots of benefits including a BLUE CARD MEMBERSHIP!

Duties

  • Handling inbound calls
  • Answering queries and troubleshooting device issues over the phone and email
  • Receive patient referrals and setting up patients with new devices
  • Managing device faults and scheduling technicians to jobs across the UK
  • Accurately maintain and update patient and customer records
  • Make outbound calls to patients to record compliance information

Key skills required:

  • Strong communication skills including a natural telephone manner
  • Good listening skills, really care about the customer and be resilient
  • A can-do attitude
  • Experience of communicating at all levels
  • Experience of problem solving and resolving issues in a positive way
  • Experience within a contact centre is desirable but not essential
  • PC literate - using word, excel and outlook
  • Administration skills and attention to detail
