We’re hiring for a PCB Assembler to join a manufacturing business in Sandbach on a short-term project expected to last 5–6 weeks.
If you’ve got a steady hand, a sharp eye for detail, and experience in soldering to IPC standards, this is a great opportunity to work with a supportive team on a fast-paced electronics assembly line.
What’s on offer?
- £12.40 per hour
- Monday – Friday 7:45am – 4:30pm
- Early finish on Fridays
- Friendly and collaborative environment
- 5-6 week contract with immediate start available
What will you be doing as a PCB Assembler?
- Through-hole PCB soldering to IPC-A-610 standards
- Product and cable assembly
- Following parts lists and assembly procedures to complete accurate builds
- Inspecting and testing completed units
- Completing all paperwork correctly and on time
- Contributing to team targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Keeping your work area tidy and maintaining safety and quality standards
What do you need?
- Experience in through-hole soldering
- A good understanding of IPC-A-610 standards
- Ability to follow instructions and complete paperwork accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in a similar electronics assembly role (desireable)
