As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of children in our care. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to create engaging and educational experiences that promote learning through play.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and respected.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing insights with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or Childcare is ideal but not required.
  • Experience working with young children in a similar setting is ideal but not required.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
