Reed education work closely with the Nurseries and Primary schools in and around Cheshire East. In the run up to September, we have exciting vacancies open for an early years practitioner!
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of children in our care. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to create engaging and educational experiences that promote learning through play.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and respected.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing insights with parents and colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or Childcare is ideal but not required.
- Experience working with young children in a similar setting is ideal but not required.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
